By entering your serial number, you can access your specific product information, including filter size, with this helpful online tool. You also can download a PDF version of your User’s Manual.

These online tools allow you to identify problems and potentially return your system to operational efficiency. As always, our team is here to help you when you need us and can answer any questions you may have.

Every year a qualified service technician should inspect the CRYOTherm System to assure temperature calibration, electrical system grounding, and other aspects of normal operation and performance. The Grimm Annual Check-Up Program will confirm that your system is functioning properly and help prevent untimely breakdowns.

Field Service

If your CRYOTherm System is in need of repair, we will schedule an onsite service call by one of our service technicians, or be happy to work with your own maintenance personnel via phone to resolve the issue.
